Ripe Blood Oranges pressed together with just harvested California Olives. This EVOO has so many uses it is impossible to list them all. It is perfect as a substitute for shortening in cakes, cookies, brownies, and sweet breads. Our recipe for banana bread uses it.

Pair with Pomegranate when baking salmon or white fish. Use it to sauté scallops and shrimp. Pair it with Bourbon, Cranberry Pear, or Rosato on green and fruit salads.

Sam’s favorite dessert is Blood Orange EVOO, liberally used over Dark Chocolate ice cream. And sometimes, add a dash of Chocolate balsamic and chopped nuts.

Choc and orange..it doesn't get any better

I love chocolate & orange combined & use this Blood Orange EVOO in all my brownie and chocolate cake recipes in place of shortening. It also adds a subtle orange flavor to my icings/glazes.
