Ultimate olive oil banana bread

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 medium ripe bananas, mashed

2 large eggs

1 cup buttermilk•

1/2 cup Oleaceae EVOO (our favorites Blood Orange and Lemon)•

1 cup granulated sugar•

1 tsp vanilla extract

How to Bake:

Heat oven to 350°F.

Grease pan

Whisk bananas and eggs

Add buttermilk, oil, sugar, and vanilla

Fold in dry ingredients

Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs -not batter

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes

The bread gets better after it has been refrigerated
