Classic, sweet and tangy French Dressing

French Dressing

·       ¼ cup Aged Italian White Balsamic

·       ¼ cup ketchup

·       2 teaspoons paprika

·       1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

·       Coarse salt

·       1/3 cup Basil EVOO

Whisk together vinegar, ketchup, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce, season with the salt. Whisking constantly, add olive oil in a steady stream until blended.

This is excellent with green garden salad, shrimp salad, sliced vegetables and cheese.
