Marinate fish, chicken and meat to tenderize

Add to soups, stews and sauces at end of cooking

White balsamic is a must in potato and seafood salad and deviled eggs.

Coat vegetables with balsamic and olive oil to roast or grill

Drizzle on fresh and grilled fruits, vegetables and ice cream

Use as a salt substitute on chicken and meat

Drizzle on baked potatoes or in mashed potatoes instead of using butter


Add Balsamic to water, sparkling water or cocktails for refreshing drinks. Our favorite is Lisbon Lemon in water for a tasty healthy lemonade.

Add to hot tea for a soothing drink


Use sparingly—a little goes a long way.
