Fresh pureed figs and aged balsamic vinegar create a mellow fig flavor- Mediterranean warmth in a bottle. This is a very thick balsamic that needs no reduction.

Neither sweet nor tart this vinegar is perfect for soups, salads, vegetables, meats and salmon. Try on melon sprinkled with parmesan cheese and minced prosciutto.

    Unparalleled taste of perfection

This is by far one of the best balsamic vinegars, every time I serve this at home or when I have guests with any dish everyone comments about the incredible taste. Love this taste of figs, it is perfection.

Thank you for sharing your love of our Fig Balsamic. We love it on meats and fruits and especially paired with Blood Orange EVOO.

    Ken:

Thank you for your review. We also love the fig balsamic. When we had the shop open in Santa Fe and bottled from our fusti vats, we would often have trouble getting the fig to pour out of the spout in the vat as it is so thick.

If you have not tried it with our Blood Orange EVOO please do. It is superb on a pork roast or chops.

I love it with the Blood Orange over Vanilla ice cream.

    Best, Samantha
