    My Favorite Balsamic for Salads

    Honestly, I was blown away by this Lisbon Lemon Balsamic. I've never used a light-colored balsamic before and tested it out on a simple salad I prepared to go along with an Italian lasagna I served for a small neighborhood party. I also had purchased the Lemon EVOO...and let the guests pour both on their salads. This simple combo made the best dressing ever. I couldn't stop making salads day after day to have more of it. It got rave reviews as well from all my guests.
