Pair with Pomegranate when baking salmon or white fish. Use it to sauté scallops and shrimp. Pair it with Bourbon, Cranberry Pear, or Rosato on green and fruit salads.
Sam’s favorite dessert is Blood Orange EVOO, liberally used over Dark Chocolate ice cream. And sometimes, add a dash of Chocolate balsamic and chopped nuts.

This Blood Orange EVOO is wonderful in chocolate cake and brownies in place of shortening or oil. I've also used it w/powdered sugar to make orange flavored glazes. It's a must try!
