This is a quick, delicious side for everything from a grilled sirloin patty to a Thanksgiving feast.
Fresh asparagus, washed, tough ends snapped off.
Place in microwave dish with a little water.
Add a generous splash of Oleaceae lemon olive oil and a little drip of Oleaceae intense garlic olive oil. Add Oleaceae Tamise sea salt to taste. Sprinkle with dried lemon peel and/or top with a slice of fresh lemon.
Microwave on high for about 3 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain. Enjoy!
