Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

3 to 4 Tablespoons Honey Balsamic

2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard

1/4 cup EVOO --Sevillano or House Blend

salt and pepper to taste

Optional add-ins: 1 teaspoon soy sauce and/or 2 minced garlic cloves.


This is also a great marinade for chicken or a basting for white fish
