Oleaceae White Truffle Oil is made by infusing California cold-pressed (estate-grown) extra virgin olive oil with fresh white truffles from Le Marche, Italy. This is a fresh, unfiltered, premium oil with no additives or preservatives.  It has a rich and earthy white truffle flavor. Drizzle it over pasta, risotto or scrambled eggs. It elevates salads, mashed potatoes, and roasted vegetables.

 

  • Truffle oil is a finishing oil -Use it sparingly
  • DO NOT COOK WITH IT-cooking with it will destroy the flavor
  • Store in a cool, dark cupboard or pantry – do not refrigerate
