When I visited Santa Fe a few years ago I stopped into the Oleaceae store and purchase a bottle of the Balsamic vinegar. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it turned out to be the best balsamic I’ve ever tasted. I mainly use it in my salad vinaigrette recipe with maple syrup, evoo, and Dijon mustard on top of salad greens with beets and goat cheese. So delicious! The balsamic is definitely deserving of a 5-star rating! I’ll be ordering more in the future!
My husband and I discovered this traditional balsamic years ago at the store front in Santa Fe. We have traveled all over and have never found another balsamic that compares to the greatness of this one. We’ve taste tested a lot, almost to obsession, and nothing comes close to our beloved Oleaceae! It’s worth it, every delicious thick drop! It goes without saying, the olive oils are also tremendous. We’ve never had something we didn’t love.
This is the best balsamic I've ever had. My uncle introduced it to me and I loved it!! A few of my friends and daughter are now using too!! I highly recommend this for salads with an olive oil of your choice from here too. Great company to work with and quick shipping. Carefully packed. I've never had a problem. It's worth ever drop!!
Once you taste this balsamic, you will never go back to any other brand. It is almost impossible to describe how delicious it is. This balsamic will take your cooking and your salads and your charcuterie/cheese board to an entirely new level.
We have ordered this Balsamic before and fell IN LOVE with it which is why we ordered it again. Just like we fell In Love with your SHOP when we were there and with Santa Fe which is why we have gone back several times. We so love Santa Fe and your shop.
