Using age-old Italian production methods, high percentage Grape Must (cooked and concentrated) and aged vinegar undergo a slow and long maturation process in oak barrels.

A dense, smooth, wonderfully sweet aged balsamic vinegar with balanced acidity. Notes of figs, honey and raisins.

The perfect balsamic vinegar to use alone or blended. Flavorful with salads, fruits, aged cheeses, meats, and chicken. Add to tomato sauces, soups and stews. Use as a marinade and meat tenderizer for grilling and roasting.

    Aged Traditional Balsamic

This is the best balsamic I've ever had. My uncle introduced it to me and I loved it!! A few of my friends and daughter are now using too!! I highly recommend this for salads with an olive oil of your choice from here too. Great company to work with and quick shipping. Carefully packed. I've never had a problem. It's worth ever drop!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your appreciation for our Aged Traditional balsamic and for the care we take to ensure every order is correct.

We have also always used Traditional in pasta sauces, stews, chilis, pot roasts, and of course, "over ice cream"!!!

    Simply the Best

Once you taste this balsamic, you will never go back to any other brand. It is almost impossible to describe how delicious it is. This balsamic will take your cooking and your salads and your charcuterie/cheese board to an entirely new level.

    Diane:

Thank you for your review of our Aged Traditional. We agree. This is still the number one favorite after 15 years. I continue to find uses for it.

    WOW!

While I traditionally put this over sliced mozzarella, basil leaf and tomato; I have been known to drink it by the teaspoon or just make a tomato salad and balsamic. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

    The Best Balsamic!

We've been using the traditional balsamic for years. It's thick and full of flavor. Simply the best. It's our daily "go to"!

    Debbie:

Thank you for your kind words about our Traditional balsamic. It is my "go to" also. I would not make a tomato pasta sauce, stew, or chili without it.

    Best,

    Samantha
