What to do with an overabundance of garden tomatoes, including some still green

Coat tomatoes with Oleaceae basil olive oil and a touch of Oleaceae garlic olive oil

Sprinkle with high-quality sea salt, such as Oleaceae's Tamise sea salt

Preheat oven to 350+ degrees

Roast until skins burst and tomatoes are softening

Serve over bow-tie pasta

Drizzle with more olive oil

Top with parmesan and fresh ground black pepper
