    delightful!

    I'm doing a low salt diet to try to lower my blood pressure. This is excellent for perking up dishes that would otherwise be bland.

    Thank you for sharing. I have been on a low salt diet for years and cannot imagine what I would do if I had not learned about using these great vinegars. I don't even miss all the salt anymore.
