Dipping sauce—Mix 2 Tbsp. herbs in 1/2 cup olive oil and use for dipping with Artisan bread and roasting or grilling chicken.
Salad dressing—Mix 2 Tbsp. dipping herbs in 2/3 cup olive oil and 1/3 cup vinegar. Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes.
These herbs are great in pasta sauce, marinades, sprinkled on pizza, and roasted vegetables
