Peach and Habanero Salsa Recipe
- - 1/4 cup Fruity Habanero olive oil *
- - 1/4 cup Apricot or Peach balsamic vinegar*
- - 1 small sweet onion, finely chopped
- - 1 fresh peach, diced
- - 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- - 1/2 cup fresh corn kernels, sliced from the cob
- - 1 green pepper, diced
- - 1 small bunch fresh cilantro or parsley (choice according to taste)
- black olives
- * Salt and pepper to taste
- * Adjust the oil and vinegar to your taste.
- Add or delete any items you want to have in your finished salsa
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Fruity habanero olive oil and Apricot or Peach balsamic vinegar.
