This finishing oil is rich with an intense white-truffle flavor. Just a drop or two of this oil drizzled on a dish just before serving is enough to add its unique flavor.
Truffle oil shouldn't be used for cooking as the flavor will be destroyed by the heat. Store this oil in a cool dark place and use within a couple of months.
