A delicate vinegar made from Rose wine Trebbiano, Albana, and Montuni grapes and selected grape musts. It has the perfect balance of fruitiness and acidity.


We use it in salad dressings, with white meats, delicate fish, marinades and seafood salads. Exceptional on Carpaccio and oysters.
