Flavor: A dense, smooth, wonderfully sweet aged balsamic vinegar with balanced acidity. Notes of figs, honey and raisins.
A delicate vinegar made from Rose wine and selected grape musts. It has the perfect balance of fruitiness and acidity.
We use it in salad dressings, with white meats, delicate fish, marinades and seafood salads. Exceptional on Carpaccio and oysters. Lovely with Fruity EVOO
