Flavor: Mediterranean warmth in a bottle.  Fresh pureed figs and balsamic vinegar create a mellow fig flavor. 


Uses:  Neither sweet nor tart this vinegar is perfect for soups, salads, vegetables, meats and salmon.  Try on melon sprinkled with parmeasan cheese and minced prosciutto. 


Pairings:  Oleaceae's Blood Orange, Citrus Limon, Sweet Basil, and Smoky Chipotle Olive Oils.
