Flavor: Mediterranean warmth in a bottle. Fresh pureed figs and aged balsamic vinegar create a mellow fig flavor.
Uses: Neither sweet nor tart this vinegar is perfect for soups, salads, vegetables, meats and salmon. Try on melon sprinkled with parmeasan cheese and minced prosciutto.
