Flavor: Luscious Tahiti Limes and ripe California olives are pressed together
Uses: Excellent in Mexican and Thai dishes. Combine with Dark Balsamic on baked or grilled salmon. Combine with white balsamic for sacllops, shrimp and tuna dishes. Rub on chicken with garlic and fresh oregano.
Pairing: Any Dark Balsamic, White Balsamic, or Fruit Vinegars.
