Cask Supreme Dark Balsamic
Origin: Modena, Italy.
This cask-aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy is made from acetified grape must matured using the Solera method of blending, and transferring the vinegar between a succession of high quality barrels of different sizes and different woods. Several years of process in these high quality wood barrels results in a thick rich balsamic. It is a classic balsmic taste with port and madeira undertones.
A little goes a long way. Use on Caprese, avocados, hard cheese. Perfect as a glaze for meats, game and poultry.
It is gluten free. No artificial flavorings, thickening agents, caramel or additives added. May contain sulfities.
