Our Barrel Aged Rose Vinegar has a wonderfully smooth and delicate taste. It is aged in oak barrels for up to three years which softens the acidity and creates a soft floral note. Pair it with a fruity extra virgin olive oil such as Arbequina or Mission. It is very good with one of our citrus EVOO flavors such as Blood Orange, Tahiti Lime or Lemon.   This is lovely on fruit and green salads.
