Sweet, white Trebbiano grape pressings are simmered for hours at a low temperature to avoid any darkening until they have become thick and caramelized.

Use this balsamic when you want rich flavor without dark color.

Wonderful in salads, sauces, over fruit

Pair with any good EVOO.  Favorites are Ascalano, Sevillano, Lemon, Italian Blend
