Using age-old Italian production methods, high percentage Grape Must (cooked and concentrated) and aged vinegar undergo a slow and long maturation process in oak barrels.
Flavor: A dense, smooth, wonderfully sweet aged balsamic vinegar with balanced acidity. Notes of figs, honey and raisins.
Uses: The perfect balsamic vinegar to use alone or blended. Flavorful with salads, fruits, aged cheeses, meats, and chicken. Add to tomato sauces, soups and stews. Use as a marinade and meat tenderizer for grilling and roasting.
