Balsamic Glazed Carrots

1 pound carrots, peeled and halved lengthways

2 tablespoons Aged Traditional Balsamic Dark

2 Tablespoons Harissa EVOO

2 tablespoons Smoked Brown Sugar

Boil carrots for 10 minutes. Dry. Roast in over at 180 degrees for 45 minutes with Harissa, balsamic and brown sugar.
